Note: Please ensure that payments are made by the respective deadlines; otherwise, either the next applicable rate will be charged or the registration will be cancelled.

The registration fees include:

  • Access to Sessions and the exhibition area
  • Lunches provided throughout the Meeting days
  • Official Meetings materials

Day Pass Fees include:

  • Access to the Sessions program and exhibition area corresponding to the day on the Registration form.
  • Lunch corresponding to the day on the registration form.
  • Official Meetings materials.

Additional Information

  • The above fee types exclude the following fees:
    • Accommodation and lodging expenses. Please check Accommodation information at the top of the page menu.
    • Expenses & services of airport transfer.
    • Travel, visa, and travel insurance expenses.

How to Register

The registration process consists of two easy steps:

  1. out the Registration Form with your personal data.
  2. Provide payment acording to the number of participants. Pay online by debit/credit card or by bank transfer. Keep your payment receipt, it may be requested to confirm your registration

For group registration we request that a registration form be filled out for each member of the group or company. After filling it out, please access the payment button, select the total number of registrations, and complete the process.

2. For All Public (Non-Brazilian Residents)

Registration fees must be paid in USD via Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

  1. 2.2 Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email. Your registration is then complete.

2. Bank Transfer

The bank details including the bank account number and SWIFT Code will be sent to your e-mail address upon request. Please contact the FIATA-RAMs Field Meeting 2025 Secretariat at:

  • All bank transfer amounts should be exclusive of bank charges.
  • Banking fees are the responsibility of the sender.
  • Bank transfer payments will only be accepted until 11 August 2025.
  • After this date, only credit/debit card payments will be accepted using the provided Payment Link.

Cancellation or Name Change

If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a colleague to attend in your place. A handling fee of 20 USD will apply for each name change.

Visa Requirements for Specific Countries:

  • Citizens of Australia, Canada, and the United States require a visa to enter Brazil.
  • These travelers can apply for an Electronic Visa at: https://brazil.vfsevisa.com/
  • Citizens of other countries should consult the QGRV to determine if a visitor visa (VIVIS) is needed.
  • If VIVIS is required, a physical consular visa must be requested from a Brazilian Embassy or Consulate.
