It is my pleasure to warmly invite you to the 2025 FIATA-Region Americas (RAMs) Field Meeting, a key moment in our calendar that reflects FIATA’s deep engagement with its regions and the unique challenges and opportunities they face.

Building on the success of the inaugural 2024 FIATA-RAMs Field Meeting in December 2024, the 2025 FIATA-RAMS Field Meeting offers a valuable space to connect with freight forwarders, policy makers, and regional and international partners and stakeholders. It is an opportunity to exchange knowledge and ideas in a more focused regional setting, while contributing to FIATA’s global mission of empowering logistics communities through dialogue, innovation, and cooperation. The 2024 FIATA-RAMs Field Meeting was also a timely occasion for leaders in the region to come together and engage directly with FIATA leadership, fostering high-level dialogue on shared priorities.

In this spirit, the 2025 FIATA-RAMs Field Meeting will allow us to deepen ties among Members and strengthen our collective voice on critical issues, from infrastructure and digitalisation to trade facilitation and multimodal transport development, in order to foster concrete outcomes that contribute to sustainable and inclusive logistics development.

As part of its commitment to digital transformation, FIATA continues to lead the way through initiatives such as the digital negotiable FIATA Multimodal Transport Bill of Lading (eFBL), promoting transparency, efficiency, and trust in global supply chains.

This meeting is a timely opportunity to highlight such innovations, exchange best practices, and support capacity-building efforts that are tailored to the realities of our Members. FIATA Regional Field Meetings offer a space to better understand FIATA’s work and explore how the Federation can support regional efforts in a concrete and practical way.
